Women's Ministries

Our Mission Statement

The mission of bpChurch's Women's Ministry is to reach women of all ages with the gospel of Jesus Christ, developing and equipping them to live by faith and providing opportunities to serve God's kingdom. We seek to accomplish this through Bible study, fellowship, worship, and service within our church and community. It is our desire to grow as women of faith, mentoring women who will connect with and encourage other women (Titus 2:4).

Women's Ministry Leads:

  • Velma Robinson

Hello! I am the Women's Ministry Coordinator at bpChurch! I have been involved in or led Children's Ministries for as long as I can remember. Also, I've been involved in or led Women's Ministries for over 30 years. I have a great love for people and walking alongside them and always pointing them to Christ.

  • Cathe Williams

Hi! I have been a member of bpChurch for 28 years, and am married to Brad Williams, one of the elders at the church. I lead Precepts Bible Studies and the Ladies Exercise Class, a Discipleship Group at bpChurch. I enjoy spending time with my grandkids, playing bassoon, playing with and walking my dog, and driving my dad's classic cars. I look forward to meeting you as part of Women's Ministry at bpChurch!

  • Hilary Vettrus

Hello! My connection with bpChurch goes back to my childhood when my family started attending in 2002. College and teaching overseas took me away from the area for many years. After returning to Vancouver and getting married, my husband James and I made the decision to return to bpChurch. Presently my time is devoted to raising our two energetic toddler boys as a stay-at-home mom. Over the years I have served in youth ministry with middle school, preschool, and nursery. I'm currently involved in a small group and ladies Bible study. I look forward to being part of Women's Ministry and connecting with you.

  • Tammy Warren

Hello! My husband Bryan and I have been attending bpChurch since 2000. We have two grown daughters. I am the nursery director. I enjoy card making, scrapbooking, reading, and I love the beach. I am excited to connect with you!

  • Marilyn Radmacher

I've been at bpChurch for three years and was involved in various women's ministries at my previous churches in Salem, OR and Los Gatos, CA. Over the past 40 years I helped facilitate ladies' Bible studies, led couples' Bible studies with my husband, served as deaconess and worked with GriefShare and more recently a Widows Ministry. I had been married for 53 years when my husband died nine years ago and I have three married daughters, six wonderful grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. God has blessed me richly and I am looking forward to serving on the Women's Ministry team and connecting with widows.
