Precepts Bible Study in Philippians

Ladies, join us for the new Precepts Bible study starting on September 24. The new study will be "Philippians: How to Have Joy." How do I live the Christian life joyfully regardless of people or circumstances? What is the purpose of suffering and the Christian perspective on death? Do I have the "mind of Christ?" There are two levels of workbooks to choose from: In & Out - 1 to 2 hours per week; or Precept upon Precept - 5 hours per week. We will learn how to observe, interpret in the context of Scripture, and apply to our lives. Discover true, deep-down joy in your life that the world cannot take away! Childcare will be arranged.

Hi! I have been a member of bpChurch for 28 years, and am married to Brad Williams, one of the elders at the church. I lead Precepts Bible Studies and the Ladies Exercise Class, a Discipleship Group at bpChurch. I enjoy spending time with my grandkids, playing bassoon, playing with and walking my dog, and driving my dad's classic cars. I look forward to meeting you as part of Women's Ministry at bpChurch!

I've been at bpChurch for three years and was involved in various women's ministries at my previous churches in Salem, OR and Los Gatos, CA. Over the past 40 years I helped facilitate ladies' Bible studies, led couples' Bible studies with my husband, served as deaconess and worked with GriefShare and more recently a Widows Ministry. I had been married for 53 years when my husband died nine years ago and I have three married daughters, six wonderful grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. God has blessed me richly and I am looking forward to serving on the Women's Ministry team and connecting with widows.

Hi! I have been attending bpChurch with my two daughters since 2020. I help organize the prayer group each Sunday, manage the social media pages for Brush Prairie and just started helping out with coordinating Women's D-Groups. I love spending time with my husband and girls, photography, hunting, and jumping into whatever exciting project God brings across my path. I am so excited to be part of serving on the Women's Ministry Team.
