Bob has been our lead pastor since 2005. He has lived all around Washington as well as serving in the Air Force in the Gulf Coast and living with his family as missionaries in South Africa and Swaziland. He has a Th.M. from Dallas Seminary, Doctor of Ministry from Western Seminary, and is passionate about teaching the word of God. He and his wife Julie have 4 grown children. In his spare time he reads history and historical fiction, tinkers with things mechanical and electrical, hikes up and falls down mountains, and watches college football.

Evan Irwin
Evan has been a worship pastor since 1989, and has been with us since 2012. His experience in melding vocals and instrumental ensembles for each worship service has been a blessing. He excels at incorporating music in worship that integrates with the Biblical text week by week. He received his Bachelor of Arts at Warner Pacific and his Masters in Music Performance at Northwestern University in Chicago. He and his wife, Debi, have four children and 7 grandchildren.

Ryan mcKinney
Ryan grew up at bpChurch and currently serves as our Associate Pastor. Ryan is a graduate from Multnomah Bible College in Portland, OR, and Church Venture NW's Convergence Program. He and his wife, Jill, have 4 kids, and in his "spare time" he loves to play guitar and do wood working.

Karin brown
Karin and her husband Dave have been members of bpChurch since 2010 and have been involved in various groups and ministries. She joined the staff in 2021, and is responsible for all things church business operations, while overseeing the church office and providing administrative support to the pastoral staff.

Frank Stowe
Frank has been our Facility Lead since 2015. You can thank him for helping keep our facilities clean and maintained. Frank also volunteers with our Awana program. When he's not at bpChurch, you might find him riding his motorcycle or spending time with his wife, Marilyn.
